To UNIMIL you value your privacy, and the protection of personal data of visitors, donors, volunteers, and beneficiaries. 8 The data of children Under the Age

12 Applicable Law

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of brazil, with special regard to The General law on the Protection of Personal Data (LGPD — Lei nº 13.709/2018)to The Marco Civil da Internet, Law no. 12.965/2014) and other applicable regulations.

Any dispute relating to this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the district of the residence of the head office of the UNIMIL, with the exclusion of any other, however privileged it may be.
