At UNIMIL, we believe that prayer has the power to transform lives and communities, and that’s what the Awaken Debora Project does by bringing together mothers from across Congo and Zambia to pray for the lives of their communities and help them find hope through evangelization.
This project consists of the management of prayer circles, where mothers gather regularly to pray for their families, communities, and nation. These prayer circles are a source of strength and support for these mothers and provide them the opportunity to connect with one another and create their own communities of equals.
Through the Awaken Debora Project, we are also spreading the message of faith and hope to communities in need by evangelizing and sharing the gospel with those who might not have had access to it otherwise, we are providing a sense of purpose and direction to those who might be struggling.
